Our Helicopter nets are designed using either the 4-point or 8-point design, which allows them to be more compatible with varied shape and size loads.  

We use a unique 3-strand treated nylon twine, double snap-hooks and pear rings on the corners and we manufacture to meet or exceed specification requirements.

We hand-splice with premesh netting or larger rope for up to a 5000lb. net. Other sizes available upon request. We will manufacture to your specification needs.

All Donaldson Rope Long Lines are pull tested to 2-1/2 times the Working Load Limit. This sets the splices in place and removes any excess stretch.

The Long lines are cover installed at Working Load to insure a proper fit while in use. Your Long Line will be pulled to at least Working Load or more for a minimum of 1 hour (depending on size). We will supply a Certificate of Compliance with each line upon request and an ID tag is attached to each line and Serial number.
